1. SHOPPING - How do I shop at Cufflink&Cufflink?

2. PAYMENT - What forms of payment do you accept?

Cufflink&Cufflink accepts a number of different payments methods. Please visit our "Payments Options" page for a full listing of payment options. All orders must be processed through the website and email. We do not accept orders by phone and fax.

3. SHIPPING - How much will shipping be and how long does it take?

Shipping time
The items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days, the others will be shipped within 5-7 days.


Shipping Notes

We can ship the parcel to any address in the world. Shipping method will vary depending on country,size of box and weight. Shipping time relate with the shipping method. Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you.                                              


Shipping way and Rates
Shipping rates are usually determined by the size of box and weight. It is also related with the delivery area. For small amount of goods, the starting rates are very expensive. When it reaches to certain amount, the average rates can be reduced.
Normally, our shipping way is Air-express by TNT, we can also shipping the package by DHL or UPS, because TNT ,UPS,DHL is much more faster and safe.

For the express charge(TNT,UPS, DHL), first 0.5kg the charge is $25.00, then every additional 0.5kg is $15.00.
Of course we also can shipping by normal airpost, but that the delivery time maybe will be longer, to Western Europe and North America maybe will take about 12 to 15 work days. To Eastern European ,Latin America and South American, Africa, maybe will take about 20 to 25 work days. And the charge is first item is $10.00, and every additional item is $5.00.


4. What should I do if I still don't receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?  

You will have to notify us and we'll investigate the situation for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you have paid us, and we ensure that you will receive your order by any means.

5. What if the shipment is lost or missing? 

A replacement solution will be offered to you.All products are insured before shipping.

6.  What if I receive a broken item? 

Such problems are rather uncommon, considering the fact that we will only supply fine quality items. And all of our items will packed in a very nice gift box, that can be a nice gift send to your friends also can protect the item. If it is really be broken,that you can notice us and send us a picture of the broken item then a replacement solution will be offered to you.

7.  Do you offer wholesale opportunity? How many do I need to order to qualify as a WHOLESALER? 

At Cufflink&Cufflink, we offer to our customers retail and wholesale programs. There is NO MINIMUM order. Within 5 items per order, our clients are invoiced on the basis of our shop prices.From 6 items and above per order , our clients are invoiced on the basis of our attractive wholesale prices. Above 10 items, we offer a super wholesale program "golden wholesale prices", with rack bottom prices.Detail you can contact with us by E-mail or MSNor Skype or Yahoo Messenger.


8.  Can you ship to an address other than the billing address?

Yes we can, just specify your alternate address in your email message to us.
 
9.  Do you provide Drop Shipping for Re-sellers and Wholesalers?    

Yes.

10. What about custom tax or duty? Will I be charged for ordering from you?

We will send as gifts if on small quantity, so that you will need not to pay any tax/duty, when you wholesale big quantity, that is should according country, maybe will be asked to pay tax according government policy.

11. I've read everything in your FAQ, and still can't find the answer to my question.

 It's pretty simple, just write to cufflinkandcufflink@gmail.com and you'll have your question answered in less than 24 hours time, just as soon as possible.

12.SECURITY - Is ordering on your site secure?

Cufflink&Cufflink utilises the highest security platforms available to ensure that all personal details and transactions are processed securely. You will NOT have to leave this site throughout the entire checkout process.


13.GENERAL - How often do you send Newsletters?

At Cufflink&Cufflink ,we do not appreciate getting unsolicited emails , so we treat our customers with the same respect. We send a monthly newsletter that will advise you of any special offers we have as well as any new products we are launching. The only other emails you get from us will be related to a specific order or to advise you of any problems with your account or changes to the site.
